Kernohan's notch phenomenon is a rare examination finding in cases diagnosed as an intracranial space-occupying lesion. The localization of the lesion this clinical status, which considered sign herniation, on opposite side predicted side. most typical motor deficit and mydriasis same A 61-year-old female patient was evaluated emergency department due to sudden loss consciousness. Her neurological revealed anisocoria right hemiparesis findings, including pupil. Cranial computed tomography large, acute component combined with chronic subdural hematoma frontoparietal region midline shift. Clinical radiological findings were Kernohan’s Notch Sign phenomenon. patient, who operated urgently, discharged 7th postoperative day without any deficits.
